Head of School’s Message

Dear Parents

Happy New Year! And welcome to Term 2. A new year. A new beginning. We wish you and yours a happy and healthy 2021!

The Education Bureau (EDB) announced that face-to-face classes and school activities will continue to be suspended until Sunday 10 January 2021. We do not have any further updates at this time but we will keep you informed as soon as we have any new information.

At this point, the distance learning scenario isn’t new for us anymore. We have more information about what works well and what doesn’t. Yes, there were adjustments, challenges and frustrations, but we are all learning to be resilient. We will continue to work a balance between the online and offline learning based on your feedback and more importantly the children’s needs. Keeping the classroom connections alive will be our main priority.

We truly appreciate that families are taking on much more responsibility for the children’s learning than ever before. And we cannot thank you enough. We understand the challenges and even our teachers sometimes have trouble managing their own kids under these unusual circumstances! Let’s work together to make the best out of this school year!
